Freddy Adu scores the first goal as DC United thrashes Celtic. Yes, DC is playing in mid-season form, and Celtic is still in pre-season, but what I get is that Adu is ready to take his game up a level in Europe.
Go Adu - don't waste any more time in the MLS.

Freddy Adu...
HaHa - frankly, he wasn't as good as the hype (2 words...Michelle Wie), even though I thought he did reasonably well. He's still a boy playing among men...
I wish Celtic wud get der heads outa der asses an start playin like champions again... C'Mon The Hoops!!!!
I certainly hope Adu takes his game to Europe before too long! It's obvious he had loads of raw talent, but he won't get the refinement (and maturity) he needs in the MLS...cross the pond Freddy!!
