This call was bogus. But then again Zizou's PK was priceless. He had Buffon grovelling.

The call was borderline. it could have gone either way. even if it was a bad call there was one late in the second half that was not whistled that should have been.
Probably a bogus call and Italy got that header later on in the game that was called offisde. I've got my dislikes and likes, but I've tried to be unbiased here. I've much felt all along, that France was knocking on the door; but whether they might have eventually scored in the last 10 minutes is very unclear. A late goal by Germany vs. Poland; Italy scoring late against Germany in extra time and there are other examples of this too, I would venture.
But for a pk, that was sharp.
