Just watched that vid looking for an example of Ballack and Lampard crowding each other. The only example I saw was when they combined to provide Kalou with a chance and Lucas Neil conceded a clear penalty by clattering him, unseen by both the ref and Mark Hughes (surprise surprise).
So, in fact, they didn't crowd each other. They combined to create a goalscoring chance. Did you read that assertion somewhere, because all evidence refutes it.
