“Goal Dreams,” a documentary that follows Palestine’s national soccer team as it prepares for a key match in an attempt to qualify for the 2006 World Cup, makes its Bay Area premiere at 4 p.m. today at the Roxie as part of the 10th annual Arab Film Festival.
