Andy Johnson, Everton's new signing from Crystal Palace

Portsmouth, Everton, and Aston Villa in the top 5 of the Premiership??? Blackburn 19th, Arsenal 17th, Tottenham 15th, and Liverpool 9th! This season has the table flipped around.

We have not seen Carlos Tevez play yet. He and Javier Mascherano will be unveiled tomorrow, when West Ham take on Aston Villa. However, there is no doubt, that it is Andy Johnson, signed by Everton from Crystal Palace. Johnson scored two goals as Everton capitalized on blunders committed by Liverpool and crushed them 3-0. Rafa Benitez was livid with his team. Pepe Reina, Jamie Carragher, and Sami Hyppia, had miserable games. The Merseyside Derby is usually a Liverpool given.

Best new signing: Top three
1) Andy Johnson- Everton
2) Nwankwo Kanu- Porstmouth
3) Benjani Mwaruwari- Porstmouth

Best coach: Top three
1) Martin O'Neill- Aston Villa : Almost the same team as last season but raised them to a new level. A players coach.
2) Harry Redknapp- Portsmouth: Great new signings and a revamped defence. Sol Campbell has found a new home in Porstmouth and is delivering.
3) David Moyes- Everton: Signed on Andy Johnson, strong belief in Tim Cahill. Lightning fast attack.

Who do you think is the best new singing in the Premiership so far?

Andy Johnson for me too, scores a hat full of goals every season, even did it with Palace in the Premiership scoring 21 goals.

Sol to Pompey was a good move, it'll be interesting to see how Tevez and Masherano (?) fair, will they be this seasons Crespo and Veron?
