There was a rumour recently that Blatter was going to eliminate boring draws in football by introducing two goals at each end for the goalkeepers to keep!
Daniel Salazar - a referee in Ecuador has done his own bit to make the game more exciting.He allowed a goal to be scored while two footballs were in play.He received a three game suspension for his efforts !
