Another bend in the bumpy road to South Africa 2010 . FIFA General Secretary Urs Linsi stated yesterday that FIFA "has no doubts the 2010 World Cup" would be "played in South Africa" dismissing reports over the past few weeks that it could be moved to Australia and Franz Beckenbauer issued a written apology to Irvin Khoza chairman of the 2010 Local Organising Committee .
