Ronaldo Sportsman of the Year

Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has been named as Portugal's sportsman of the year.( Benfica striker Nuno Gomes and Jose Mourinho came in as also rans)
A leading Portuguese sports daily A Bola chose the player for his "important contribution to the expansion of Portuguese football across the world"....and here he is below ending 2006 scoring two out of the three goals that Manchester United scored against Reading.
