Bad news for Portugal.Cristiano Ronaldo is in doubt for Wednesday's Euro 2008 qualifier against Serbia in Belgrade after suffering a sprain in training Tuesday.He scored twice in their last game against Belgium.Just take a look at him in the video doing some warm up exercises.His speed is incredible.
Gary Lineker writing in the Telegraph here says that Ronaldo is on the fast track to becoming one of the all time greats - a player who has absolutely everything -a technique that is remarkable, truly sublime talent, and an extraordinary ability to operate at high speed which enables him to seemingly never slow up when he receives the ball but perform his array of tricks at full sprint.Lineker also has an fairly plausible explanation for the diving problem which Ronaldo suffers from every now and then.
