The race is wide open

This goal from Ricardo Carvalho in the 52nd minute took Chelsea to a 1 - 0 victory over Spurs and also decreased Man U's lead over them to 3 points.

Manchester United failed to increase that lead when they lost 2 -1 to Portsmouth.
