Mandela's birthday goals

Nelson Mandela's birthday football game between a world XI and an African XI ended in a 3 -3 draw.Mandela also celebrated his birthday by bringing together a group of 12 senior statesmen called The Elders whose mission would be to try and bring peace to a troubled planet.The Elders include ex-US president Jimmy Carter and former UN chief Kofi Annan
Mr Mandela said that they would .... "work to support courage where there is fear, foster agreement where there is conflict and inspire hope where there is despair.They don't have careers to build, elections to win and constituencies to please. I hope that they succeed in bringing light to some of the darkness that affects our world."
Great goals.. and we can only hope that they will be achieved.Meanwhile the goals of the game can be seen below....
