It was an ok match for a friendly, altough in the first half both sides played at a slow pace. Second half was much better and altough Ajax had more ball possesion, you could feel an Arsenal goal coming up. And yes, a goal against Ajax in Amsterdam by a former Feyenoord player will never be met with big cheers by the crowd ... Same thing in Rotterdam, where Ryan Babel (ex-Ajax) played for Liverpool.
