Well if Chelsea are looking for excuses here’s a good one.Maradona – staying in the same hotel as the team was staying – managed to set off the fire alarm at some ungodly hour of the night because he was smoking a cigar.The team had to come outside into the bitter cold and stand around and freeze for around 40 minutes before the all clear could be given.Hence they played like as if they were half asleep.And that’s how Chelsea’s title hopes went up in smoke……
