Ribery thought that Lehmann would jump out of the way ..
Okay mad Lehmann was in goal.And he wasn't having a particularly good game.He let in five goals eventually.But he didn't oblige this time.Ribery was evidently hoping that he would dive madly in some direction leaving his gentle scoop an open path to the goal.But Lehmann must have something on Ribery in his collection of cheat sheets and so he just stayed put for the penalty.
