FIFA bans Chelsea from the transfer market till 2011!

Talk of being blindsided. Here I am moaning about Eduardo's two match ban whereas a little known player called Gael Kakuta has managed to turn Chelsea into the house of Blues.

" A restriction of four months on his eligibility to play in official matches has been imposed on Kakuta. Chelsea are banned from registering any new players, either nationally or internationally, for the two next entire and consecutive registration periods following the notification of the present decision."

The ban becomes significant because the Blues are set to lose key players in the 2010 ACN which begins in January. Didier Drogba, Michael Essien, John Mikel Obi and Salomon Kalou will see action for their respective countries.
