Maradona vows to carry on

Brazil's humiliating win had Maradona on the defensive but the Argentina manager vowed to carry on against Paraguay where they will travel to in about three days time for another crucial World Cup qualifier.

He said that three points were possible. He also declined to single out Messi for his nondescript performance against Brazil. The reason that Argentina fell short was that they were beaten in the air.

For the home fixture against Peru, Maradona would love to play in Rosario Central again. and yes, he has already told Julio Grondona that he will carry on as coach. I am not sure whether fans will be as enthused to hear this news.
