Yes it was, the icing on the cake of one of the best WC ever. Completely destroying all the negative doubters we had to endue for the last 6 years!! From the racists, fear-mongers, liars, cultural imperialists, Afro-pessamists, etc, etc, etc who did their best to ruin our image and create an environment that would try to turn away tourists, but they failed and they failed on a grand scale.
They were shown for who they really are...
Viva South Africa, Viva Madiba!
