Bayern beat Werder Bremen 2-1 in the German Cup mainly because referee Michael Weiner disallowed a headed goal by Sebastian Proedl in the 60th minute, claiming the Austrian defender had earlier shoved Bayern defender Holger Badstuber.
Platini is a bit miffed about the whole thing because he feels that he should have also been thanked.
