Bolton were sent packing by a Clint Dempsey brace with Brede Hangeland chipping in with the third. Deuce's first goal was a spectacularly struck side volley. The second came after Eidur Gudjohnsen's neat flick is guided home by Dempsey. Danny Murphy's laser like free kick finds the giant Hangeland for Fulham's third strike.
Fulham with this win ensure that they will continue in the Premiership while Bolton have no such problems except that they would like to savour a top half finish.
