Replace the Shoot-out with the GO! Period! - How much longer must ties in the world’s game be settled by guesswork? Drop the shoot-out for Goalies out (GO!) period! - 15 minutes with no goalies. This removes two players from the field instead 20, and let’s a variation on the real game decide the outcome. The GO! period would be one, high-scoring period with the players playing as they do worldwide in parks using the fundamental soccer skills of passing, dribbling, positioning, field-vision … the game of soccer!
