PSG is splashing some serious cash this transfer window. They are on the verge of signing Alexandre Pato for €35 million from Milan for a three year deal. Leonardo is also milking his popularity with Brazilian players to bring Kaka on board and is offering €25 million for the services of the Real midfielder. Maxwell is already on the way for €3.5 million and in the pipeline Maicon and Thiago Motta who also might be Paris bound.

Adriano Galliani is confident of landing Carlos Tevez and is at the moment meeting with City officials in London to thrash out an agreement. The Rossoneri are willing to go to €25 million with a €3m bonus while City want €10m more. However, according to the Gazzetta, these negotiations might be resolved in favour of Milan who are competing with Inter in wooing Tevez to the Serie.

Man City move over. PSG owned by the Qatar Investment Authority is putting together a bottomless pit that will make it the most hated club in the world.
