Wayne Rooney isn't going anywhere from the swamp
Wayne Rooney on Twitter:
" The independent are talking absolute rubbish my future is with Manchester United and the club and I are totally commited to each other."
This was in response to a James Lawton's article which speculated Rooney's relationship with Sir Alex had suffered a complete breakdown and there was talk he was to be sold this January. Read the article and it just absolute bunkum. After what transpired in 2010 a seasoned manager like Sir Alex would never jettison his club's talisman specially now when the club needs him even more.
The January transfers haven't exactly caught fire, so Lawton decides to make a mountain out of a molehill. This is beyond silly season.
