It wasn't just Fernando Torres shaking off the scoring blues. Luis Suarez, a player who seems unable to convert despite creating millions of scoring chances, ended his lean spell with a superlative strike against Stoke in the FA Cup quarterfinals. There was even better news as Stewart Downing facing a dire goal scoring record, scored the winner, just his second goal in 34 appearances.

Stoke's only goal was scored by former Liverpool man, Peter Crouch.
