The world's best striker was caught last night driving into incoming traffic after a night out in Copenhagen with a friend. He was booked for driving under the influence and Twittered an apology.
"Dear friends I was booked for a mild case of drink driving last night it was a quite nite but I am very very sorry to all my friends and fans. It is not ok to drink and drive. I take full responsibility."
Bendtner is recovering from a thigh injury and is yet to score for Juventus in nine appearances. He's set to return to Arsenal at the end of the season. Informed sources note, Wenger will deploy him as a holding midfielder. The Arsenal manager has tried Diaby, Arteta, Ramsey, and Yngwie Malmsteen but to great frustration. When asked he said very matter of factly, "I've seen small pox eradicated. Nicklas will make a superb holding midfielder."
