The Opening Ceremony of the 66th FIFA Congress was held in Mexico City’s Auditorio Nacional.It’s the first time that new FIFA President Gianni Infantino will be presiding over the congress.

The Fifa congress is an event where FIFA’s Member Associations meet every year to figure out the best way forward for the game.Well this year the first item on the agenda will hopefully be figuring out a way of getting out of the mess created by the last 65 meetings.
Part of the opening ceremony was a game between FIFA Football Legends and a Mexican all star team

Ronaldinho,Luis Figo,Dwight Yorke,Cannavaro, Clarence Seedorf and Samuel Eto’o were among the legends.
They lost 8 – 9 to the Mexican stars in the friendly.
Mourinho was coach of the legends and he added to the general air of bonhomie of the occasion by stepping on to the field and kicking the ball away at one stage.
