A Suarez less Uruguay will be eliminated if Mexico win or draw against Jamaica.This is after they lost their second game of the tournament – against Venezuela – who incidentally beat Uruguay for the first time ever in the Copa America.
And no other country has won the Copa America more times than Uruguay so elimination is a hard pill for them to swallow.
Suarez,due to a hamstring injury,has not been able to get his teeth into a single game so far.
