Luis Suarez was the main architect as his team emerged decisive winners in the battle of the “guays” when Uruguay beat Paraguay 4 – 0 in their second World Cup qualifier on Tuesday.
Suarez scored one and set up two goals for Cavani.Cristian Rodriguez scored the other.
Uruguay are on the top of the table and Paraguay have dropped to a lowly sixth place.
