Schwiensteiger’s brief stint at Manchester United has finally come to an end.
His 13 years in the Bundesliga saw him winning 8 League titles, 7 DFB-Pokal titles and one Champions League trophy.
His two years at United were terribly quiet in comparison.He played only 18 EPL games and spent the rest of the time at Old Trafford watching from the stands.In a game that seems over populated by inflated Zlatanesque extra large egos Schweinsteiger’s quiet acceptance of being relegated by Mourinho to the junior team came as a refreshing surprise.
