well, i'm glad that video includes the penalties, for that is where England lost it. It also reminds one that Portugal missed TWO penalties and yet England still could not win. It also reminds one that Eriksson decided to bring on Carragher for the penalties despite the dude having only kicked two previously in his career -- he himself admitted he didn't know the rules, hence his first before the ref's whistle. But what the video doesn't show is Gerrard almost crying after Lampard missed the first. Ultimately that is probably where England lost it.
