Buffon’s eyes drift westwards: The Premiership?

Gianluigi Buffon is feeling left out of the top flight action of the Serie as Juventus battle to get back into it from Serie B. They should be able to do it as they are third place with a match in hand. But the world’s greatest goalkeeper has serious concerns about the quality of the squad. He has threatened to leave if Didier Deschamps, Juve’s manager does not rebuild the team to challenge for the Scudetto next season. With the number of takeovers and vast amounts of cash flowing into the clubs for transfers, the Premiership is surely the place to be for an instant shot at the title.
