The season could not be sweeter for City as they fell Utd with a Geovanni goal scored in the 32nd minute. Utd won all the stats except the one that counts. They are 16th in the table with the season now looking very long. If Chelsea and the Special One score over Liverpool then they are looking at a 7 point hole unless Rafa and Torres have other plans.
I think right now Sir Alex is speed dialing Nicholas Anelka’s agent to get Le Sulk before the transfer window closes down. Anelka might be keen to ditch a sinking Bolton. Or he is conferencing Wenger to get his thoughts on a team that hogs the ball but fails to score.
