Luciano "Lucky" Moggi could be sentenced to six years in jail according to the recommendations of the special prosecutor investigating Calciopoli.

And for all of Moggi's crocodile tears, Juve is doing quite well having beaten Real, 2-0 in the Champions League at the Bernabeu. They are also just three points away from front runners Inter, the biggest benefactor of Calciopoli with a shot at redemption in less than two weeks at the San Siro.

Inter has had to pull out last minute winners in the last couple of weeks and are riding their luck pretty hard. The Special One is none too happy.

If Juve were to beat out Inter for the Scudetto, the pall created by Moggi lifts and the whispering campaign would finally end.
