Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva gives President Obama a signed No 5 Jersey and the president is undoubtedly impressed. The no 5 jersey is worn by Felipe Melo, a defensive midfielder.Indian PM Manmohan Singh got the No 3 Jersey.Lucio the heart of Brazilian defence wears that shirt.Maybe that was meant to remind people that both these leaders are at the heart of the defence of their respective countries. The No.1 shirt went to President Jacob Zuma of South Africa and the No.2 shirt went to Felipe Calderon, President of Mexico.
All this action was at the meeting of the G-5 group of developing countries in Italy.Video of the presentation and President Obama's comments on USA's great game against Brazil in the Confederations Cup here..
