Mr Blatter is in my opinion very corrupt.he is only part of the reason i formed a facebook group named "F.I.F.A Reformation" I invite any that share the same view to join. I sadly feel he will be elected once again, he hasa reputaion to take advantage of the secret ballot and the bribes this inherent flaw of FIFA's statures invite.
I am not really up on FIFA's doings, but it seems to me that Mr. Blatter has reached a point in his tenure that he is FIFA, and that FIFA couldn't exist without him. There comes a time that every position such as this needs new blood and new direction, and that time is now for FIFA.
