He isn't offsides. The guy that crossed it was in front of him and if you pass it square to you or behind you it isn't offsides.
I think he moves ahead of the defenders before the ball is released/ crossed.
I don't think he is actually offsides there since it looks like the ball is ahead of him. Thoughts?
