Football authorities have been secretly testing the Segways which will finally help refs to keep up with players like Theo Walcott, Gabby Agbonlahor and Aaron Lennon who generally manage to run a good bit faster than them.( Faster than the refs that is,not the football authorities)Almost everyone can run faster than the football authorites,except perhaps very old ladies.
Anyway it will no longer be said that the referee was nowhere near the incident because, with this,he will be.....!
