The Germans celebrate "Devilish Bayern"

Franck Ribery b'day.jpg

The German media toasted birthday boy Franck Ribery, whose powerful closing arguments got Rafael thrown out. The critical moment turned the match in their favour.

Ribery is as slippery as an eel and he also has a forked tongue. He and Robben are the best things that have happened to Bayern for a long, long time. I remember watching Bayern and their boring, unimaginative football on FSC when they had Michael Ballack. It was quite a turn off.

With Ribbery and Robbery, it seems to be a fun club to follow.

I think that Bayern can certainly get to the final, and if they don't, they could certainly come back next year with a stronger challenge.
