Maradona's missing Golden Ball melted down to gold bars

Captured crime lord Salvatore Lo Russo reveals in his testimony what happened to Diego Maradona's Golden Ball trophy won for his 1986 World Cup exploits which went missing as part of a football museum tour.

Lo Russo helped Maradona recover the trophy only to find that the clan that had stolen it had already melted it down to be sold as gold bars. Bizarre. Now that is something Glenn Beck would have gotten behind.
