Women's World Cup: Simone Laudehr's goal dooms Nigeria, 1-0

Nigeria made a quick exit from the Women's World Cup falling to Simone Laudehr's 64th minute toe poke through traffic. The defending champions had numerous chances but were unsettled by the physical Super Falcons. However, Germany kept their composure and in the second half Celia Okoyino Da Mbabi's free kick (she's half Nigerian) led to a goalmouth fracas ending in Laudehr's strike.

The Super Falcons could not look to divine intervention and no lesbians could be blamed for their exit.
