Sergio Ramos serving Mario Balotelli on a platter and then the Man City striker dawdling for an eternity as the world went through World War I, II, Vietnam, Watergate, the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the Arab Spring, for Ramos to catch up with him and knock the ball off him.
