Corruption Costs Lives: Bridge Collapse Kills Two in Belo Horizonte

One of the problems with infrastructure building projects is that they seem to always run over in cost and time. And when things get bad, innocent people die.  This seems to have been the case in Belo Horizonte, when an unfinished flyover collapsed and killed several people including the driver of a bus.

Who is to be held accountable?  The engineering company? The government? FIFA? Sepp Blatter?
