Xavi brings his stellar,sublime,virtuoso international career to a close after 133 caps and being a key player in the teams that won successive major tournaments at Euro 2008, the 2010 World Cup in South Africa and Euro 2012.
“I have decided to retire from international football,” Xavi told a press conference on Tuesday. “I’m grateful for all those years. It has been a fantastic time.”
