Argentina and Panama win their Copa America games

Panama won their first ever Copa America game by beating Bolivia 2-1 in a rain soaked game at Citrus Bowl on Monday.
Perez scored both goals the opener and the late winner.
Bolivia fought back after the break with Juan Arce bringing them level in the 54th minute.
Panama, who haven’t played in the Copa America before and are yet to qualify for a World Cup finals, were playing their first competitive game against a South American opponent. “I am delighted with this win, which is historic given it is our first victory in a Copa America game,” said Panama’s Colombian coach Hernan Dario Gomez.

Angel Di Maria was instrumental in Argentina’s 2 -1 win over Chile.
Di Maria scored in the 51st minute off a pass from Ever Banega and provided the assist for Banega’s goal.
Messi sat the game out due to injury but the Argentinians looked good for the title even without him on the field…
