Harry Redknapp is the second manager whose been caught in the act on camera by a sting operation carried out by reporters of the Telegraph newspaper.
He admitted that he discovered that his players bet on the result of one of their own matches, in contravention of Football Association rules.
Earlier Big Sam Allardyce was left looking pretty small – when he was caught on camera telling undercover reporters posing as businessmen how to “get around” FA player transfer rules.
He’s already had to step down as England Coach as a result.He only had the job for 67 days- which must be a record of some sort on its own.
Worse – he may now face a total ban from all offical football related activities.
