More mourning for Mourinho

m
Mourinho has more than one reason to be even a bit more mournful than usual.Manchester United played out their fourth draw of the season at Old Trafford.United are now in sixth place, 11 points behind leaders Chelsea.
Ever since Mourinho had that scrap with Eva Carneiro, lady luck,in solidarity with a member of her own gender, has pretty much abandoned him.
United could have won this match,United should have won this match – but they didn’t.West Ham, a team perilously close to relegation went into the lead at Old Trafford within the first 2 minutes thanks to some acrobatically clumsy defending from Zlatan.
He made amends for that by scoring the equaliser for United a little later. Then Paul Pogba got a yellow card for diving and Mourinho went apoplectic with fury and kicked out at a bottle in his rage. The ref took the side of the bottle and Mourinho was dismissed to the stands to cool off.
His team did not score any more goals despite retaining the lion’s share of possession and getting many more shots at goal.Mourinho is left with a record that he’d rather not have.
