Cameroon defeated the overwhelming favorites Egypt to claim their fifth African Nation’s Cup.
With the score tied at one goal each the game seemed to be heading for extra-time, when the indomitable underdogs scored late on to record a famous victory.
Cameroon were missing eight of their best players because they refused call ups to the Nations Cup.
So it was a bit of a modern football fairytale for them to beat record seven-times champions Egypt 2-1 in the final in Gabon.
