Sergio Agüero has confirmed that he suffered a fractured rib when his cab skidded off the road somewhere in Amsterdam and crashed into a pole.
Pep Guardiola will now have Agüero missing in Saturday’s match against Chelsea and Aguero will also miss Argentina’s World Cup qualifiers in early October.He was one goal away from equalling the club’s all-time scoring record, and missed the opportunity to do so from the penalty spot against Shakhtar Donetsk on Tuesday.That record will hold for some time now.Poor chap.
