In a curious quirk of fate Barcelona, Barcelona have not managed to win a game at Anoeta since 2007.
Inspite of being one of the best teams in the world who have won remarkable victories all over they have not been able to break the Anoeta curse for a long time.
And when they went two goals down early in the first half even the most optimistic Barca fan would have feared the worst.It looked like the curse had struck again.
Luis Suarez however had other ideas.A super brace from him and a goal each from Willian and Messi ( super free kick – that left the goalie standing) gave Barcelona their first win at Anoeta since 2007
It also took their streak of being unbeaten to a record 27 games in a row.Messi’s goal tally stands at 365.
