Notts County is ready for a third takeover

The picture continues to get grainier in Notts County's ownership saga.

The latest sees Sven Goran Ericksson as a potential owner.

He joins Peter Trembling, the CEO and another unknown financial backer in an bid to buy out Qadbak Investments, a many layered company with strong Middle East and European who now own the club.

No word as to how this might affect his present position as director of football.

In other news Sol Campbell, absconding from signing on Notts County's dotted line is rumoured to be on Sir Alex's radar to bolster his injury ravaged defense.
