Drogba’s hat trick helped him beat Rooney to the golden boot but old Rooney hasn’t done too badly all the same.He claimed another kind of hat trick -a hat-trick of personal awards when he was named Barclays Player of the Season.The other two titles in the series being the Professional Footballers’ Association and Football Writers’ prizes which he had bagged last month.

The competition between Drogba and Rooney means more goals in the english premiere,that’s what makes me one of the biggest funs of the english soccer.
I think Drogba and Rooney should work even harder next season after the arrival of Marouane Chamakh from Bordeaux to Arsenal.I know him well and i know that he will become the best striker in england starting next season.
